The Beacon Awards is being launched by Lichfield District Council this year to celebrate some of the best businesses and community heroes in the district.
There are fantastic, dynamic traders here and selfless people who go the extra mile to help others. The awards will turn the spotlight on them.
The inaugural event is being held in the Aspects building at the National Memorial Arboretum on Thursday 12 October and will feature a delicious three-course dinner together with the opportunity to network and round off the evening dancing to the sounds of a brilliant band.
A spokesperson for Lichfield District Council said: “Lichfield District is home to great businesses and wonderful community heroes and the Beacon Awards is being held to celebrate them on what we are sure will be a very enjoyable evening.
